With Mother’s Day coming up, and so many projects converging, I can’t help but reflect on how many incredible mothers I am connected to in my life.

As I work on installing the Oh, Snap! photo exhibit, I am blown away by all of the memories I am bearing witness to. So many mothers capturing photos of their children in instant photography- including some pics from a original polaroid land camera in the 1950s, one referenced below.

And in a very engaging collection, three kids were given polaroid cameras and put in charge of the photoshoot, capturing each other and their mothers in hilarious and very sweet ways.

If you are in the Arthouse area this weekend, be sure to stop by Saturday or Sunday from 12-5pm. If you are not, I will be posting an online version of the exhibit in the coming days.
