Bright Moon Salon Minneapolis: Donette Ambrosy

Friends, my heart sings for the gatherings we are planning next week. In Fargo/Moorhead, we will gather to honor and learn from Naomi Schliesman on Tuesday February 28th at the Arthouse. Two days later on March 2nd (6-8pm), those of us in Minneapolis/Saint Paul will gather to honor and gain wisdom from Donette Ambrosy. Connecting in meaningful ways with heartfelt folks in my two “hometowns” is my dream come true. You are welcome to join us- just drop a line and let me know if you have any questions or RSVP as instructed below. The address will be provided after you have RSVPd.

About our honored guest, Donette:

Donette Ambrosy is a sound therapy practitioner currently finishing her diploma practicum through Sound Healing Academy, and holds a private practice of 1:1 sound therapy sessions from her home studio in south Minneapolis, as well as mobile group sound baths. Combining science-based techniques with ancient healing traditions, Donette seeks to help clients trigger their own innate abilities to self-heal from stress and trauma, process grief, release stuck energies and physical tension, and find deep relaxation and clarity.

For the Bright Moon Salon, Donette will share her background and answer any questions we may have about the practice. She will lead us in a 10-15minute sound meditation. Guests should plan to wear comfy clothes and bring a meditation cushion or something to help them sit or lie comfortably on the floor.  An eye mask may also be preferred by some.

Guests can help support Donette with a small monetary donation toward a gong bag and/or other protective cases for my instruments, to enable me to host mobile sound baths. Or, just as importantly, guests can help spread the word about the benefits of sound therapy and my contact info – cards will be available with a QR code linking to her booking site.

To reserve your spot, venmo 15$ to Ms.AnnaLee at @workerby. $10 will go towards supporting Donette in purchasing protective cases and $5 will go towards refreshments for the group that evening.
