August’s bright moon will feature an intro to kombucha demonstration with Mantha Myhre. In addition to the demo itself, each participant will recieve a bottle of kombucha to take home with them as well as a printed out recipe guide & optional SCOBY (AKA mother) for making their own booch brews at home.
Mantha is a self-taught fermentation enthusiast who finds inspiration within experimentation, seasonal abundance, & commUnity connection. As a multi-faceted crEATor, she has intentfully curated countless combinations of kombucha flavors & vegetable ferments over the last 13 years to share with those around her. It brings her fulfillment to help nourish her community with food medicine rooted in the intention of collective well-being.
This symbiotic relationship is an honor for her to be a part of & she looks forward to sharing her experience at the art house with emphasis on ancestral wisdom, intuitive direction, & the sacredness of everyday nuance.
