Staying Connected in the Winter

Deer at the Arthouse. I have been visited by these two since they were fauns. Momma deer off to the right, not pictured.

This has been a really lovely week, filled with connections with deer and dear friends. We had two Bright Moon Salons, one in Moorhead and another in Minneapolis. At both locations, we connected with intention, ate cute snacks, and talked about cultivating our creativity in the wintertime. I love being able to do this work, especially this time of year. We need to make an effort to get together in ways that perhaps come naturally in the warmer months. (if you live in a more temperate climate, I’d love to hear your thoughts on if you feel this too)

I’ve been thinking a lot about the importance of platonically falling in love with our friends. This article a couple of years ago got me really thinking about building a loving, secure network of friendships with folks I admire and want to be in community with in deep and meaningful ways. I think Covid has had us all rethinking pretty much everything in our lives and all the solitude and lockdowns really cleansed my palette for what I would like to give and receive in platonic relationships. The Bright Moon Salon has most certainly been an incubator for intentional community, and the work I do in my Creative Guidance Sessions aims to help folks feel ease in the truth of themselves.

Last year I had so much fun connecting with recipients of the Galentine’s readings that I am offering 25% off all gift certificates for those of you who would like to gift some creative support and guidance to those awesome friends and loved ones in your life. Use the code: GALENTINES25 through February 28th.

Also- and this is a quiet launch of a new offering that I am creating- I have an intro rate for Partnership Human Design Readings.

It's one thing to understand your personal Human Design profile, and it's another to dive into how your body graph chart interacts with another in partnership to create different dynamics with those in our lives. Whether it is a business partner, romantic partner, bestie or family member, it is remarkably valuable to bring awareness to our gifts, needs, challenges, and flow. It is helpful to have a foundational understanding of at least one participant's design going in to this reading. These readings are $150 for a 75min reading for two people through February 28th.

Coming next week: A call for entry for “Oh, Snap! A Celebration of Instant Photography” happening at the Arthouse Gallery in May!

Love you lots!
