Creating a New Sense of Belonging

Attended a floral arranging workshop at Botanica Floristry this week. Such a good creative outlet in the wintertime.

I have been in some good conversations with folks lately, and it seems like we are each seeking new ways to be more of ourselves. Perhaps this is just the types of conversations I find myself having with folks, so you’ll have to tell me if your conversations tend to take a different path.

To be more of ourselves is to be ALL of ourselves, and we have often had too many opportunities to neglect parts of ourselves or hide them from view. But many folks are just over trying to be anything that they are not. I recently started quietly offering Connection + Partnership Human Design Readings, that give co-workers, SOs, friends, parent-child, and other partnerships a perspective on their relationship through a Human Design lens. It has been so fascinating, as our bodygraph charts combine in relationship and create a whole new set of dynamics.

In one of the readings, it was very clear that these two individuals really complimented each other and allowed eachother to safely be in their “MUCHNESS” (read: TOO MUCH).

Ah, sweet joy: may we all have friends, collaborators, and colleagues like that. To be inspired by each other and to really celebrate one another is a step towards a new sense of belonging. We are all capable and deserving of this.

Something that I aim to do with my work is to embody all of the things I do with Ms. Anna Lee- art, creative guidance, beekeeping, fashion design, bright moon salons, in the hopes that it helps others feel encouraged to embrace their "MUCHNESS”.

And yet!

Muchness without conscious boundaries can still be too much. I have been working on building segments into my newsletter so that I can be sending the right bits of information to you. Many of you have been with me through years- perhaps you took a workshop once, or purchased a custom hat. Or you may be my mom, who is sweet to read all that I send. ;)

But I would love for you to have a say in what I share with you, as I am working on getting more open and consistent with my newsletter and would like to feel like the right topics are hitting the right folks.

When you have a minute, please tick the boxes in this form. You can also use it as a chance to update the email address you use or let me know if there are any topics you would like me to cover more of, like Human Design or the like.
